Claims and Returns

If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, email our customer service department at lat.marketplace@latapparel.com. Please have your order or invoice number when you email. • Returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise will not be accepted. Garments must be inspected before printing. • All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. • Refunds for returns will not be made without a valid return authorization number, which may be obtained on in the My Account section at shop.latapparel.com . • Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice. • LAT Apparel reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice. • All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods from LAT Apparel shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the state of Georgia.
